Carn Brynllydan
Carn Brynllydan (SN87560186)
Bronze age cairn / round barrow 9 m across built on the summit of a small hill near Glyncorrwg .
Takes me 20 minuites from the entrance of Pen y Cymoedd Wind Farm on top of the Rhigos on the push bike to get to the area where cairn is . Today is the first time locating a site using a grid reference finder app. My optimism is in the red. Took a bit longer than than I anticipated to find the cairn .Up and down the bloody hill . Got there in the end I won't be beaten .Next time will be easier now that I have the hang of it . SN87560186 is etched in to my memory probably forever .
